Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a plan developed annually by the RVMPO to describe its proposed work activities for the fiscal year, beginning July 1. The program describes how RVMPO uses federal, state and local planning funds to fulfill federal and state metropolitan planning requirements. The program includes RVMPO’s Self-Certification, which describes how RVMPO activities fulfill federal MPO planning requirements.
