This public hearing is to allow local residents and interested parties to offer comments and suggestions either before or at the public hearing being held by the Policy Committee of the RVMPO. The hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m., April 26, 2026, during the Policy Committee.
Each year the Rogue Valley MPO is required to develop a Unified Planning Work Program within which the MPO must identify all federal and state planning funds and for what purpose they will be expended.
The draft UPWP may be viewed online at www.rvmpo.org, please direct comments utilizing the “contact us” button on the website. Written comments received by 5 p.m., April 27, 2026, will be included in a staff report for Policy Committee review.

The RVMPO is considering the following amendment(s) to the 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program:
- Adjust Project in TIP: West Pine St Reconstruction (KN21017)
The TIP fulfills federal requirements (23 CFR Part 450) for a long-range multimodal transportation plan and a short-range project programming document in the Medford urbanized area which includes RVTD, portions of Jackson County and the cities of Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Medford, Jacksonville, Central Point and Eagle Point.
